Dr. Nance is out-of-network with all commercial insurances. We accept out-of-network benefits.

Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
No!
Are my medical records kept private and confidential?
Your medical files are handled with privacy and respect. Our staff is bound by strict confidentiality requirements. We will not release any health sensitive information without your consent.
What are the most common injuries?
Common Orthopaedic injuries are sprains, strains, fractures and dislocations. These can result from falling or while playing sports.
What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?

How do I find the patient portal?
The Patient Portal allows you access to your health records from Nance MD. Call our office to be set up with your username and password.
